His experience includes 25 years in SBI Group (SBI, SBI CAP and SBIMF), heading a NBFC, Treasury in a large corporate house and 30 years in Executive search.
He is an entrepreneur with professional qualifications including an MBA (FMS - Delhi), FCIB (London) & CAIIB. He is a Lord Aldington Banking Research Fellow. He has been Director on Boards of listed and unlisted companies and also an alternate Director in seven Banks.
Mr. C. V. Bijlani has over 53 year's experience in banking and financial services at top management levels in major public and private sector banks and companies His vast experience includes Project Financing, Capital Structuring, Merchant Banking, Forex, Mergers & Acquisitions, Industrial Rehabilitation, Joint Ventures, External Commercial Borrowings.
Mr. Chakrapany Narasimhan, formerly Deputy Managing Director, State Bank of India, has over 49 years of banking experience. He has served with distinction on the Boards of several of the SBI group companies.
He is a Director on Board of new generation private sector Bank. He is an MBA and a Bachelor of General Laws.
Ms. Rupa Devi Singh has over 50 years of rich experience in various sectors viz. commercial banking, project structuring, infrastructure, etc. She was the founder Managing Director and CEO of Power Exchange India (PXIL). Earlier, she had worked with CRISIL as Director - Power Practice and Director Corporate & S. E. Asia.
She started her career with State Bank of India (SBI) during which she worked in various senior positions. Ms. Singh is a graduate in science, a post-graduate in law from the University of Delhi and holds CAIIB.
Mr. V.N. Prasad has served the nation for nearly 36 years and rose to the coveted rank of Major General. For his distinguished Service, he was awarded the Sena Medal and Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India.
He holds an M. Phil. degree in Strategic and Security Studies and a Master’s Degrees in Management Studies and Defence Studies. He is also a Fellow of the Asia Pacific Centre for Security Studies, Honolulu, USA.
Post retirement from the Army, he had served in Larsen & Toubro as Vice President (Corporate Services & CSR) at Hazira Manufacturing Complex and Coimbatore Campus. He is a life member of All India Management Association and Delhi Management Association.
A highly decorated officer of Indian Navy, commissioned as a Marine Engineer Officer in 1979. He served the Nation for 34 years. He was DG, ATVP, Department of Defence (R&D) Ministry of Defence besides many other responsibilities and roles at apex level in Indian Navy.
